Sapphire DJ Reception Package  

• Reception DJ and MC Services - Personalized DJ music for your cocktail hour, dinner and dancing

• 5 hr. package – includes a DJ set for your cocktail hour as well as all dances/special events, MC announcements and a custom eclectic DJ set for your dance party!

• Wireless microphone system for your reception (toasts/speeches)

Diamond Pro DJ Package

• DJ and MC Services - Personalized DJ music for your ceremony and reception. Songs may be chosen for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing

• 6 hr. package – includes 30 min. of DJ prelude music as guests are arriving, all songs for your ceremony, a DJ set for your cocktail hour as well as all special dances/events, MC announcements and a diverse and energetic DJ set for your dance party!

• Chauvet dance floor lighting

• 2 wireless microphone systems for your ceremony and reception 

• Professional consultation throughout the planning process to coordinate and plan your events/timeline as well as creating your perfect playlist for the big day!!

Platinum Pro Live Music and DJ Package

• DJ and MC Services, as well as a custom designed mix of live/DJ music for your ceremony and cocktail hour/dinner

• Personalized music for your ceremony and reception. Songs may be chosen for ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing

• 6 hr. package -  includes 30 min. of live guitar prelude music as guests are arriving, all ceremony music selections, a live acoustic set during cocktail hour or dinner, all special dances/events, MC announcements and a diverse and energetic DJ set for your dance party!

Pro Up Lighting Packages

Wireless up light fixtures create a stunning and elegant ambiance for your reception, lighting up your reception space in a chosen color. Lights are normally set up close to walls and spaced approx. 10 ft. apart

Basic Up Lighting Package - 12 fixtures (for smaller reception rooms) - $495

Grand Up Lighting Package - 16 Fixtures (for medium to large reception rooms) - $595

A La Carte Services

Live classical guitar wedding ceremony music - $495

Includes 30 minutes of beautiful instrumental classical guitar prior to your ceremony as well as music selections during your ceremony. Styles range from traditional classical pieces to current pop, rock and beyond.

Live acoustic cocktail hour music - $395

1 hour of live acoustic  guitar and vocals during your cocktail hour or alternatively during dinner      

Live guitar ceremony and cocktail hour music - $795

A unique combination of live classical guitar for your ceremony and live acoustic guitar and vocals during your cocktail hour. Includes set ups at up to two locations     

Rehearsal Dinner - $395

2 hours of solo classical guitar or acoustic guitar and vocals.  * DJ services may also be added - please contact Aaron for more details   

Afterparty!! - $295

Keep the party going with 2 hrs. of live acoustic music or DJ services at your afterparty

Additional Options and Info

Custom song arrangement - $150

An arrangement of a favorite song on classical or acoustic guitar/vocals to be performed live at your ceremony, or for a special dance during your reception. This is often a unique instrumental or vocal version of a modern song that is not in Aaron's current repertoire.

Travel fees     

An additional travel fee may be required based on the distance to your event. To calculate this, please contact us with the location of your venue.

                                                                                                               Overtime

Overtime may be purchased by the hour prior to or during an event at a rate of $150 per hour.  *Overtime may only be added in increments of 1 hr.

Time requirements for custom arrangements

For custom song arrangements, all music selections must be submitted at least 1 month prior to your date. Please contact Aaron for more details regarding the unique inclusion of live acoustic music during your reception.

Load in, set up and power requirements

Load in/set up time is dependent on the package that is booked (normally 2-3 hours is ideal if possible) A working grounded outlet that is on a dedicated/isolated electrical circuit is also required for full DJ set ups. See the Load in/set up file on the "Forms & FAQS" page for more info.
